History: Cedric is a shiny Zorua with gigantism and a few chips in his shoulder. His family lived below the poverty line and it (along with the fact that his parent's just weren't very great people) contributed to his parents' very... not good treatment of both of their children. Nobody in their family has a healthy or positive relationship with one another, so it was a shitshow all around until he ended up being kicked out at 14; the result of a long line of altercations between him and his father. Both Cedric and Nirvana display several antisocial tendencies, and it's unknown how much of that is due to genetics or their upbringing- likely a bit of both.
Personality: Put simply, he has antisocial personality disorder, and though undiagnosed, many antisocial tendencies often shine through in his behaviour. Cedric can be self-centred, aggressive, prideful, and all-around difficult to get along with despite his devil-may-care attitude. He lacks the ability to see things from a perspective other than his own or feel empathy, and while he doesn’t go out of his way to hurt or antagonize others, that often ends up being the case. As one would imagine, he’s not very good at making friends, and is even worse at keeping them; socializing properly is a chore- things that come naturally for many people are things he has to do manually, often resulting in him coming off as stiff whenever he’s tried to mimic compassion and empathy in many situations. There’s usually no real conviction or feeling behind his attempts at socializing “correctly”, and that coupled with not really knowing what natural empathy is or how it works, makes him prone to becoming frustrated when someone becomes hurt or offended by his behaviour. From his perspective, it’s as though people expect him to read their minds- he doesn’t understand why he should be expected to- in his words- bend over backwards for other people.
In addition to Cedric’s already charming personality, he can become extremely volatile and prone to outbursts, showing little regard for the lives or safety of others. While he lacks a sense of bloodlust, Cedric has little resistance towards taking someone’s life, particularly if he’s being threatened- as far as he’s concerned, whatever happens to them from that point on is what they deserve. He also likes to crack jokes that others may not find very funny. He tends to operate under the assumption that if he finds something funny, there’s no reason for others not to feel the same way. He can be pretty funny when his jokes aren’t too insulting, and with the exception of a few things (almost always things that affect him), tends not to take stuff too seriously. Cedric is someone who does pretty much whatever he wants unless he’s decided the backlash is too much of a pain in the ass to deal with, so while he’s not the most morally inclined, he has the capacity to learn from his mistakes… even if it’s like pulling teeth.
Physical description: Cedric is a giant by no stretch of the imagination. In addition to his stature, he possesses an unnatural amount of physical strength- a very destructive amount- far more than someone like him should ever have, yet here we are and everyone regrets it. He’s very aware of his size and strength, and uses it to do pretty much whatever he wants because he can. Fascinatingly, he's never bothered much with developing his illusion abilities or using moves (he doesn't even know how to use them), instead preferring to use brute strength to win fights- a direct contrast to his sister's methods of fighting. There's nothing agile about him. At all. Despite this, however, Cedric's strength and physical build make him a devastating powerhouse- easily capable of destroying anything he wants. He is not to be underestimated in any regard.

History: Coming from the same dysfunctional family as Cedric, Nirvana rarely goes into detail about her life prior to moving away from her family at 18, and she remains bitter and resentful of her parents for a plethora of reasons. While Nirvana has been doing relatively well on her own since she left them, she often finds herself short on income and has since decided to join one of the rescue guilds with the hope that it will land her in a more stable spot financially. She's begrudgingly allowed Cedric to move in with her on the condition that he contributes to paying for a better home, meaning both of them will be forming a rescue team together, even if neither of them likes the others' presence very much. It's more of a truce than anything.
Personality: Like Cedric, Nirvana has antisocial personality disorder, but is much more skilled at hiding her calculating, sometimes manipulative nature. She is extremely intelligent and will almost always prefer to utilize her wit over anything else. While she prefers to keep to herself, she's far better at socializing than Cedric and knows how to handle various interpersonal situations. Despite how she may try to act approachable, rest assured she is not your friend, nor does she want to be. She refuses to allow herself that kind of closeness willingly, as she fears it could expose any kind of vulnerability. Nirvana values having control above all else; so long as she's in control of a situation and herself she feels secure, and does her best to maintain her air of collected confidence; however, she is very prone to lashing out at others if she finds herself in a situation she feels helpless in.
As one may imagine, Nirvana is quite... hollow for lack of a better term- or at least she feels that way much of the time. She doesn't remember the last time she ever felt genuinely good, or really much of anything positive; it's caused her endless hours of frustration why, no matter what she seems to do, she never gets anything out of it, seemingly unaware of the fact that her unrelenting chokehold on her own emotions has severely impacted her in ways she didn't anticipate. As irrational and petty as it is, it's made her resentful of those who seem to find fulfillment in anything, and while most of the time she'll just keep her distance and give them disdainful looks, it's also not uncommon for her to talk down to and insult them in an attempt to knock them out of their elation. ok the title off this app is the most relatable thing ever also all the drama....whoo boy, but the mods of this group all seem like nice people, so hopefully the days of controversy are over!
ANYWAYS I LOVE THESE TWO HECKIN JERKS they seem so cool and I feel so bad for them while also not bad enough to excuse anything legitimately bad that they do, haha. I'm commenting though to ask if it would be alright to have these two cameo in my Mission 3 part 2 entry? It's just a small cameo, with the main thing they do being chasing after a runaway Zangoose at Flint's command, but if I need to check any behavior with you or if I should add some dialogue to make them seen more in-character, I can do that no problem before I submit it! But if you'd rather them not be featured or you don't think they're suited for that role, that's perfectly okay too of course!!
